Main Duties
The Senior Technical Support Specialist supports servers, network, firewall, and common office productivity and instructional software, and will be specialize as an infrastructure admin.
Responsible of
- Effectively manage and troubleshoot the network.
- Effectively manage the school access points and switches and troubleshoot any issue occurred.
- Effectively manage the firewall and troubleshoot any issue occurred.
- Effectively manage the servers and their contents.
- Effectively manage the active directory and its features.
- Manage CCTV systems.
- Follow up on the escalated tickets raised to the services providers.
- Respond to escalated tickets from other support staff to be solved.
